Sterling Pro Shop Shipping Policy

At Sterling Pro Shop, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below:

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

• Order Stock will be Confirmed, and Lead time will be advised if applicable.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over R1000.00.

• Any customs, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to South Africa and some African Countries.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers; a physical address may be required.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Sterling Pro Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery if the shipping address provided was correct.

• If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist in filing a claim or providing a replacement.
